Join us if you want to be part of our story.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head of Services to lead our team of professionals responsible for the implementation, reporting, and integration of AccountsIQ.This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction across all engagements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by innovating our services and utilising technology for both the direct and partner channel.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage and mentor a team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring high performance and growthYour role involves acting as the primary client contact for implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specificationYou will develop and maintain service standards for implementation, reporting, training, and integrationCollaborating with senior management, you'll help set and achieve strategic goals for the teamYou'll coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Support to ensure that service offerings meet client needs and provide feedback for product improvementsDesigning and delivering training programs for both clients and staff will also be part of your responsibilitiesAdditionally, you'll handle departmental budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring effective resource allocationImplementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to enhance service efficiency will be crucial to your role.QualificationsQualified Accountant or related field with robust financial domain experience5-10 years’ experience managing and scaling high- performing teams, ideally in SaaS or finance management software industryProven track record of implementing complex ERP systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslySome of our perks25 days of annual leave + 2 company days + bank holidaysHybrid working - 2 days in the office per weekWorking from abroad - up to 6 weeks per calendar yearPrivate Health Insurance5% Pension contributionLife Assurance - 4x SalaryIncome BenefitWellbeing initiativesBy submitting your application, you agree that AccountsIQ may collect your personal data for recruiting, global organization planning, and related purposes.
