Key responsibilities:
* Assist with business case development and provide financial input into new initiatives.
* Analyse financial performance and support the preparation of insightful reports and recommendations.
* Help prepare presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Support non-finance colleagues in understanding the financial drivers of their area.
* Get involved in wider team and group-level projects where needed.
About you:
* Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE.
* Strong Excel skills and a good grasp of financial systems.
* Comfortable analysing data and explaining your insights in a clear, business-friendly way.
* Eager to learn, collaborate and take ownership where appropriate.
