As an Ad Sales Account Manager, you\'ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and campaign success across a range of clients. You\'ll act as a strategic partner, helping advertisers achieve their business goals through tailored digital media solutions. You’ll be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and managing customer relationships, all while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and understand new customer business objectives with guidance.

* Maintain pipelines and internal metrics to support account planning and strategy.
* Craft and deliver solutions tailored to client objectives that support revenue growth.
* Develop account-specific proposals by translating objectives into KPIs and recommending appropriate ad solutions.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.
* Share best practices and insights internally and externally (e.g., case studies, trainings, industry events).
* Contribute to revenue performance reviews and forecasting for assigned accounts or territories.
* Support ongoing internal alignment by updating key stakeholders on account activities and potential risks.
Key Qualifications
* Typically 5+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising.
* At least 4 years in a client-facing role, managing relationships across different stakeholder levels.
* Proven experience implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
* Familiarity with ad networks, DSPs, programmatic platforms, and major advertising ecosystems.
* Strong track record of driving revenue and business outcomes for clients.
