In this role, you will support the implementation of SaaS products globally. The successful candidate must have proven Workday Finance or Workday HR, or Sharedo or similar software implementation experience.

* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of global SaaS IT projects
* Drive SaaS implementation initiatives
* Collaborate with a dynamic, internal team
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs, define project requirements etc.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers)
* Risk management throughout the project
* Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership on project progress
* Process improvement
* Lead, mentor, and support the project team
What Skills You’ll Need:
* Proven experience rolling out Workday Finance or Workday HR or similar software
* 5+ years’ experience in IT project management or delivery management with SaaS implementation experience being a must
* Experience managing large-scale, global IT projects from initiation to successful completion
* Experience with both Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies
* Experience with Azure DevOps
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.
* Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2) is a plus
