Sales Administrator
to join their team in
Abbeyleix, Greystones, Waterford or Thurles sites
.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing customer interactions and supporting day-to-day operations.
You'll report to the relevant team leader and work closely with both colleagues and drivers.
This is a site-based role with training on offer and requires availability for Saturday shifts as part of the team rota.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to phone calls and support customers daily
Process orders and handle payments with accuracy
Work with drivers to help coordinate deliveries
Oversee credit control, ensuring swift completion of payments
Handle lodgements while maintaining precise records
Carry out stock management tasks
Occasionally travel to other company locations as required
What Are We Looking For?
Positive, customer-first approach with strong communication skills
Polite, friendly attitude and professional telephone manner
Great attention to detail and ability to juggle diverse tasks
Comfortable using computers and general office software
Experience in sales administration is a plus but not essential
Willingness to work some Saturdays on a rotational schedule
