DescriptionAs Area Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager providing overall leadership and supervision to the entire team of the restaurants, both company operated and franchised, in your area to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their individual unit.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDeveloping the business, assisting the Restaurant Manager/Franchisee build relationships in local communities, assisting in the development of an LSM plan with the Restaurant Manager/Franchisee for each store to generate business and goodwill in each community.Has an action plan for each store that is communicated to the team in each store, where we are now, where we are going, constant measurement, and follow up.
