Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Grade Psychologist to join our primary care team. As a staff grade psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering psychological supports to children and young people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing assessments and therapeutic support for emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs
* Developing evidence-informed intervention plans in collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary team colleagues
* Delivering individual and group-based psychological interventions as appropriate
* Working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals involved in each child's care
* Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and ongoing professional learning
Key Responsibilities
The role requires the following skills and qualifications:
* Professional registration with the relevant governing body (e.g. HCPC)
* Relevant postgraduate qualification in psychology or related field
* Experience working with children and young people
