As the Technology Resilience Analyst, you will ensure Primark’s Technology systems and processes are resilient against disruptions. Your focus will be on resilience testing, risk assessment, mitigation strategy development, and compliance with business continuity and disaster recovery standards.

What You’ll Do:
You will collaborate across teams. Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining IT resilience frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulations. Addressing gaps in resilience strategies.
* Overseeing annual recovery tests, assisting with execution, and producing reports on lessons learned, gaps, and risks.
* Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, monitoring emerging risks, and recommending actions.
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation for resilience and recovery plans, including end-to-end recovery procedures and disaster command plans.
* Maintaining and evolving resilience and recovery tools.
* Producing reports and presentations on resilience issues, testing outcomes, and vulnerabilities for stakeholders and leadership.
* Ensuring resilience capabilities are maintained through IT Change Management and during new IT service implementations, including dependency analysis and uplift requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
We value authenticity and experience. Key qualifications include:
* At least 3 years in technology resilience, disaster recovery, or IT operations, with operational knowledge of disaster recovery and cyber recovery processes.
* Strong knowledge of operational resilience, infrastructure, backup tools, cloud computing, IT audits, and resilience frameworks.
* Experience in IT Service Delivery, aligning technology with business needs, and participating in transformation programs.
* Ability to view technology architecture and operations holistically and apply this understanding to business contexts.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple third-party vendors.
* Familiarity with IT operational processes and standards such as NIST and ISO.
* ITIL or IT Service Management certification. Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing scenarios.
