Senior Project Electrical Engineer - Commercial Projects - Sandyford
Office/Project Location: Sandyford, Dublin
Employment Type: Permanent

Our client provides mechanical and electrical consultancy services to various sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and more.
As a Senior Project Electrical Engineer, you will work within the residential and commercial sectors, demonstrating a thorough grasp of electrical design and engineering techniques.
You will work independently and support the team to ensure the successful completion of designs, meeting construction timelines and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include leading electrical services design, developing electrical design standards, providing detailed tender packages, monitoring installation quality, and developing project scopes with clients and the design team.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, and REVIT, and capable of producing budgets and reports, attending site visits, and leading projects with minimal management input.
Requirements:
* Based in Ireland
* Minimum 6+ years of electrical building services design experience in industrial, high tech, commercial, or healthcare projects
* Honours Degree; Chartered status is an advantage
* 10+ years as a Senior Engineer
* Deep knowledge of electrical design techniques and standards (ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, EN)
* Working knowledge of Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, REVIT is advantageous
* Proven leadership from concept to completion
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, architects, and project managers
