My client is a multinational manufacturing company based in Cork, producing cutting-edge, environmentally friendly cooling solutions for global tech giants, including large-scale data centers like Meta.
With 140 staff across two Cork facilities, they are known for quality, reliability, and mission-critical support to blue-chip clients worldwide.
The Role
We are looking for a
Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
to lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and inventory control.
You will manage a small procurement team, act as ERP/MRP champion, and ensure efficient, compliant, and sustainable supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and onboarding of new suppliers
Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and demand forecasting
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity
Track KPIs and use data to optimise performance and reduce costs
Integrate sustainability into procurement and supply chain processes
Requirements for the Procurement Manager
Proven experience in supply chain and procurement leadership, ideally in manufacturing
Strong ERP/MRP and inventory management knowledge
Skilled in supplier negotiation and relationship management
Passion for sustainability and responsible supply chain practices
Ability to lead and motivate a team
