Restaurant and Bar Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's bar and restaurant.
About the Role:
* Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
* Be responsible for managing all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staff management, stock control and cost reduction.
* Liaise with the head chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and food and beverage outlets.
* Develop weekly rotas and accurately record information for payroll processing.
* Work closely with human resources in recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements:
* A degree in hospitality or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
