Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in‑stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
You will work on the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE10 Company and one of the top 3 TV advertisers in the UK – with results that consistently outperform our competitors.
Our brands are Number 1 or Number 2 brands in all their primary markets and we work with key retail players like Tesco, Dunnes, Supervalu, Lidl, Aldi etc. You will be able to say that you work for the most successful market innovator in the sector – with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products – and a company recognised for the strength of its commercial capabilities, offering numerous career opportunities.
Your responsibilities

Support the sales team through maintenance of sales systems, provision of commercial data and co‑ordination of sales forecast process
Developing & maintaining complex Excel based tools that help to identify revenue & optimisation opportunities
Be the champion for customer EPOS data and turn data into insights and action
Developing end to end processes to guide the sales & trade marketing functions towards clear, actionable opportunities across the top grocery customers
Working with multiple stakeholders to maintain local & global reporting suites
Develop & maintain structure & tools for long‑term sales business initiatives
Liaise with NAMs to ensure deadlines are met on key business visibility priorities
Support NAMs on ad‑hoc analysis in line with planning and business needs
Support NAMs on Siebel analysis and updates for sales reporting in line with forecasting and planning
Assist national account managers in tracking internal and competitor pricing and activity through store audit and available tracking tools
Be a key link between the NAMs and field sales teams with key tools and prioritisation to action KPIs
4P continual analysis to ensure account and company objectives are tracked in line with ambitious plans

The experience we're looking for

Commercial experience, preferably within FMCG markets
Graduate level / Highly numerate and analytical
High level of computer literacy (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
Be comfortable working with data platforms Dunnhumby, EYC, Brand Nudge etc. to help with analysis and tracking (Further training will be provided)
Excellent communication and team working skills
Confident and capable of operating at all levels
Good team player with strong influencing / negotiation expertise
Logical presentation skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels of seniority
You have a passion for achievement; an eye for detail and strong analytical skills, integrity and drive with a desire to make things happen
You want to build a career in FMCG sales; and are looking for an opportunity which gives you great foundations to start your journey to National Account Management
