Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all customer processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor, control, and improve all related customer processes to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify, plan, and organize regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with various international standards
* Manage closed-loop customer complaints and improvement processes
* Generate and review Quality Metrics System data
* Analyze and report on data collection and trends
* Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement programs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum NFQ Level 7 Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
* At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal customers and regulatory agencies
