The Role
We’re hiring a CEO for a founder-backed AI infrastructure platform - a high-impact, hands-on role working directly alongside the founder and CTO in Dublin. This is not a ceremonial or purely strategic position - it’s an operating role where you’ll take full ownership of commercial outcomes, scaling the business, and shaping the company’s future.
The platform is live and solving complex enterprise AI challenges, from model deployment to cloud-scale orchestration. Now, the next phase is building a scalable, revenue-generating company - and you’ll be the leader who makes it happen.
You’ll work side-by-side with the founder and board, taking responsibility for commercial traction, positioning, enterprise sales, and capital raising - all while aligning product and engineering to market needs.
What You’ll Do
Act as the CEO and operating owner of the company, accountable for all P&L and commercial performance.
Shape and own the company narrative: what the platform does, who it serves, and why it matters.
Convert early traction into paying, referenceable enterprise customers.
Design and execute a repeatable go-to-market strategy with measurable outcomes.
Partner with the CTO to align product development with revenue and customer impact.
Lead hiring of high-impact operators across sales, partnerships, and engineering.
Represent the company to investors, partners, and enterprise customers.
Oversee capital raising and investor relations, aiming for long‑term value creation.
Make informed, timely decisions in ambiguity, balancing speed with strategic thinking.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in B2B SaaS, AI infrastructure, or enterprise software leadership.
We are looking for someone with hands‑on experience in AI inference and GPU, able to translate technical capabilities into scalable, high‑performance solutions.
Experience leading early‑stage or scale‑up ventures, where execution mattered as much as strategy.
Strong commercial mindset with experience owning revenue, P&L, or key growth metrics.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, regulated markets, and risk‑aware customers.
Comfortable translating complex technical products into clear business value for decision‑makers.
Hands‑on, decisive operator who thrives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communicator and trusted partner to founders, boards, and technical teams.
