The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Defining learning solutions that meet functional requirements
* Designing, developing, and delivering functional training solutions
* Analyzing solutions for continuous improvement
* Handling operational and administrative aspects of training curricula
Candidates should have experience in funds industry operations or training consulting, with skills in writing, presenting, and instructional design. They should be able to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with management and subject matter experts to define learning objectives
* Determine appropriate learning methodologies and functional training solutions
* Analyze and assess learning outcomes
* Maintain an inventory of training development programs and schedules
