Corporate Finance Part Qualified Location: Cork My client, a very well-respected accountancy firm in Cork, is seeking a part-qualified finance professional to join their newly emerging Corporate Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing division and gain exposure to a wide range of transactions including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support M&A and advisory projects from research through to completion.
Assist with valuations, financial models, and transaction analysis.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and pitch materials.
Contribute to due diligence and financial reviews.
Requirements: Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CFA (or equivalent).
13 years experience in corporate finance, audit, or transaction services.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
