Role DescriptionThis role is for a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry responsible for supporting daily operations through accurate data input, organization, and administrative assistance. In this position, you will handle information across digital systems to ensure records are complete, consistent, and up to date.As a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry, you will assist with entering, updating, and maintaining data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. You will help organize files, verify information for accuracy, and support routine administrative tasks that enable smooth business operations.Key responsibilities include reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies, formatting documents, and maintaining organized digital records. You may also support basic reporting tasks, track information updates, and follow established data management procedures.You will collaborate remotely with team members to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and deadlines are met. Your role will require strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.This position requires a structured and organized approach to work, along with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. You will be expected to follow instructions carefully, meet productivity expectations, and maintain consistent data quality standards.Clear written communication and time management skills are essential, as you will coordinate tasks, report progress, and support ongoing operational needs.
