Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist on behalf of a leading global organisation with a strong presence in Ireland.The Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimising end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to global operations and the opportunity to contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, and logistics coordinationMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising excess and obsolescenceLiaise with global suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and service levelsAnalyse supply chain data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesSupport forecasting and demand planning activities in collaboration with commercial and operations teamsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service performanceEnsure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsSupport cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain functionKey requirements:3+ years' supply chain experience within pharma, medical devices, biotech, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.SAP experience is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
