Sales Operations/Area Manager

Your day-to-day:
Lead and manage a district, with direct line responsibility for all Store Managers.
Foster a positive, motivated work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
Develop, coach, and support Store Managers to drive performance.
Analyse and optimise stock flow and perform regular cash management checks.
Conduct district tours alongside the Sales Executive.
Support key projects through analysis and actionable feedback.
Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings.
Create and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.
Set and track KPIs aligned with company goals.
Ensure successful implementation of company strategy across the district.
Prepare for and contribute to Area Manager meetings.
Expereince Required:
A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
or
at least three years of management experience
Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
A full UK driving licence
A motivated, flexible, and hard-working leadership style
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
A genuine interest in building a long-term retail career
Multi-site or Area Manager experience is a plus

Starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €84,500–€114,000 within 3 years
