We are seeking a results-driven Operations & Business Developer who will also serve as a Project Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Team Management
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Develop and maintain workflows, processes, and systems to enhance operational performance.
Allocate resources effectively across projects and teams to maximize productivity.
Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and implement improvement plans for underperformance.
Promote contractor well-being through initiatives supporting work-life balance, mental health, and wellness.
Resolve team concerns and maintain a supportive, high-performance culture.
2. Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and expand market presence.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative growth strategies.
Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Improve financial tracking and reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
3. Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans with milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary client contact for project updates, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Implement a company-wide project management system for consistency and reliability.
Supervise and optimize SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Bing, and Yahoo campaigns.
Oversee social media management and content strategy to align with brand objectives.
Manage full-scale digital marketing plans and campaigns for the agency and its clients.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
5. Compliance, Risk, & Reporting
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes; update policies accordingly.
Identify and mitigate operational and legal risks, ensuring accurate documentation and insurance coverage.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, project progress, and financial metrics for senior management.
Develop and implement crisis management and contingency plans.
