* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
* Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
* Previous financial services, insurance, or banking experience/knowledge.
