They are seeking an SVP, Fund Operations Controls to join their Product Management function, taking ownership of the Controls capability within Fund Accounting.

The Role You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for control-focused products that sit at the core of Fund Accounting operations.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the design and development of control products with firm-wide impact across Fund Accounting Acting as a recognised subject matter expert and trusted voice within Product Management and the wider organisation Partnering closely with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to align controls strategy with broader product objectives Shaping product direction at a strategic level, contributing to complex and innovative initiatives Providing day-to-day technical and design leadership across multiple concurrent programmes Experience & Background This role would suit a senior professional who combines deep fund accounting expertise with a strong controls and product mindset.
You will bring: A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 810+ years experience in Fund Accounting, with a clear focus on operational controls (either throughout your career or via a dedicated controls role) A track record of defining and delivering strategic product roadmaps in large, matrixed organisations Experience taking products from concept through launch and continuous improvement Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including collaboration with multiple scrum teams in parallel Confidence providing technical and design direction across control-centric product builds
