Our client, a new Claregalway, Co. Galway based 'start up' international medical device Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) with a global R&D and manufacturing network is seeking an ambitious and energetic individual for the following position to support the 'start up' team:
OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR - GALWAY
1. ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will involve building effective working relationships and collaborate successfully with colleagues and with external stakeholders. This is a dynamic role which will suit candidates with initiative who are well organised, excellent multi-taskers and proficient in the use of IT systems.
1. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
· Excellent administration, organisation, communication, inter personal and time management skills.
· Excellent IT Skills with sound knowledge of XERO accounts package, Revenue VAT returns, software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
