Job Purpose:
To ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of machines, equipment, and services through proactive maintenance, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Health & Safety:
o Report incidents, near-misses, and safety hazards.
o Conduct and act on risk assessments.
o Perform safety audits, inspections, and deliver toolbox talks.
o Promote a culture of safety and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
* Technical Maintenance & Support:
o Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults.
o Maintain technical documentation and accurate maintenance records (Pragma system).
o Develop preventive maintenance programs and TPM strategy.
o Monitor and improve OEE, minimize downtime, and manage escalation process.
o Manage spare parts inventory, suppliers, and cost-efficiency of repairs.
* Leadership & Coordination:
o Lead and assign tasks to maintenance technicians.
o Ensure closure of work orders and training records.
o Schedule team leave with coordination.
o Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics.
o Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams.
* Innovation & Equipment Improvement:
o Drive continuous improvement and automation projects.
o Support commissioning of new equipment.
o Stay informed on latest technologies to enhance processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 3+ years relevant experience.
* Trade qualification + 5+ years relevant engineering experience.
