Senior IT Support Specialist
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Service Desk, you will provide first-line support and act as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
This is primarily a user-facing support role with some ad-hoc project involvement. You will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop, application, and mobile platform issues, as well as server maintenance and build/repair tasks on Windows/Intel (Wintel) servers.
You will manage Azure AD user and device issues, including conditional access and identity management. Additionally, you will configure Intune policies profiles compliance settings across corporate devices network patching installation networking equipment is also part of your duties;
You must have deep technical knowledge in Microsoft 365 Azure AD virtualization Share Point Administration strong problem-solving communication skills.
