Windows Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across application, infrastructure, and SQL environments.
Job Description:
* Administer and support Windows Server environments (2008R2 through to 2022), including cluster management.
* Perform server administration tasks on both Windows and Linux platforms.
* Deliver technical support and solutions for Level 1, 2 and 3 issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Windows support, infrastructure or application support role.
* Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server environments including clustering.
* Solid background in server administration and troubleshooting.

* Experience with VSphere, particularly in relation to SRM (Site Recovery Manager).
* Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks.
