The role involves supervising junior staff, reviewing work, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and efficiency in Xeinadin.The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience within an Irish accountancy environment.This role will suit a qualified professional looking to take the next step in their career within a progressive practice.Key Responsibilities:Act as a main point of contact for a portfolio of SME, sole trader, and company clients.Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services.Provide advisory support on accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and compliance matters.Assist clients with queries related to Revenue requirements, Companies Registration Office (CRO) filings, and Irish GAAP/FRS 102/FRS 105.Review statutory financial statements prepared under Irish GAAP (FRS 102/FRS 105).Prepare and/or review corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and PAYE submissions.Ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation, filing deadlines, and regulatory standards.Assist with audit assignments where applicable, including planning, fieldwork, and finalisation.Key Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA)Minimum of 3–5 years' audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Strong understanding of Irish tax, accounting standards, and compliance obligationsProven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.What We Offer:Joining our team comes with a range of benefits, including:· Competitive benefits package offered.· A welcoming, inclusive work environment where your talents are truly valued.· Development opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career.· Exciting long-term prospects within our rapidly expanding firm and the wider Xeinadin Group.Join Our Team:Ready to take the next step in your career?
