OverviewWayfair is seeking an Order to Cash Associate in Galway as part of the Global Financial Operations team within the Financial Shared Services group. The role supports the Global Order to Cash team and requires strong organizational and planning skills, motivation, attention to detail, collaboration, a customer-oriented mindset, a sense of urgency, and problem-solving abilities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting various billing processes, including fulfillment, forwarding, rebates, promotional billing, carrier invoicing, liquidations and marketing campaign billing.Assist with internal and external audits to improve accuracy and maintain a high standard of billing operationsConduct invoicing audits to determine the validity and accuracy of chargesInvestigate and resolve inquiries related to invoicing disputes or finance related topics to meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).Partner & collaborate with key stakeholdersPerform month end tasks in line with the month end deadlinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes regularlyEnsure all processes are documented and assist in the development of the functionWork with internal teams to devise appropriate metrics which show the health and performance of the function and the team where relevantAd hoc responsibilities: involvement in any project related to finance initiatives as required; support any Ad-Hoc Billing Initiatives.Adherence to company policies and procedures. Understand internal accounting processes, practices, SOX and internal controls necessary to safeguard company assets and minimize exposure.What You'll NeedBachelor’s Degree/Finance qualification desirableA minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with invoicing or accounts receivableHigh proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is requiredPrevious SQL or GBQ experience is preferredStrong organization and planning skillsProblem identification and resolution skillsMeticulous attention to detail and strong planning and forward-thinking capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to anticipate needs and situations before they are fully developedAdvanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet)Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsFlexible and able to handle ad hoc issues that may ariseExtremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential informationMotivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationshipsSetting and facilitating the achievement of department objectivesSalary & BenefitsSalary: The salary range for this position is £30,400 - £38,000 per year, however the base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Benefits: Vhi Health & Dental Insurance, Wellbeing Scheme, LearnLux Financial Care, Employee Discounts, Pension, Tuition Reimbursement, Bright Horizons (Child Back-up care), ClassPass access, Sport/Gym Membership Contribution, Commuter Benefits, Holiday including tenure entitlement + Bank Holidays, and more.About WayfairWayfair is one of the world’s largest online destinations for the home.
