The focus will be managing a portfolio of clients with immediate needs, helping to guide and support the team as they grow into future financial planning and wealth advisory roles.We’re looking for someone withExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to balance leadership responsibilities with personal client engagement to drive both team and business growthProficiency in financial planning software, particularly VoyantCertified Financial Planner (CFP)Expertise in personal taxation, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reliefs and wealth structuring strategiesProficiency in financial planning software, particularly VoyantA minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldProven leadership experience in financial advisory or wealth management, with a focus on motivating and developing teamsTax qualification is desirableExpertise in personal taxation, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reliefs, termination payments and wealth structuring strategies.
