Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This role is based in our Quality department at our Irish facility and reports to the Head of OFS & PCM.
1. Develop, execute and oversee regulatory strategies to ensure the safety, quality and legality of our products.
2. Maintain knowledge of EU and Irish Regulations governing Infant/Follow on Formula Composition.
3. Prepare and submit registration dossiers for new markets.
4. Manage responses to regulatory queries, coordinate technical documentation and maintain approval updates.
5. Support crisis management initiatives.
6. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams on Customs & Export Statements/Queries.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in Regulatory Compliance, Stakeholder Management, regulatory correspondence tracking, support for regulatory reviews and inspections, and oversight of regulatory commitments and risk mitigation programs in coordination with colleagues.
