As Corrata's
first Account Executive hire
, you won't just sell, you'll help shape our sales culture, influence our go-to-market strategy, and have a direct hand in building something special from the ground up.
The Role
You'll be a
true hunter
, responsible for driving new business and owning the
end-to-end sales cycle
from prospecting to closing. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your work will have immediate impact and clear visibility at the highest levels of the business.
What You'll Do
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities across our target markets.
* Own the
full sales cycle
: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to shape messaging, refine strategies, and share customer insights.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent Corrata at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to take the next step in their sales career.
Must-haves
* 1–2 years' experience in SaaS, cyber security, or B2B technology sales either as a
top-performing SDR/BDR hungry to step up
or as an AE already closing deals. Strong sales experience outside of tech will be considered.
- A track record of hitting (and ideally exceeding) targets.
- Resilience, energy, and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (Blackrock office 2 days a week).
Nice-to-haves
* Experience selling into IT, security, or compliance buyers.
* Exposure to start-up or scale-up environments.
* Background in mobile, telecoms, or security software.
What Success Looks Like
* First 3 months:
You're building a strong, qualified pipeline and learning the ropes of Corrata's market.
- First 6 months:
You're consistently closing new business and establishing yourself as a trusted voice with prospects.
- Beyond:
You're influencing sales strategy, mentoring future hires, and positioning yourself for rapid progression as Corrata grows.
