The Supervisor plays a key role in the success of our brand by managing the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Sales Support
The Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding the sales team, offering daily support and helping team members grow professionally. They assist in implementing sales strategies and tracking progress toward goals, while ensuring the team has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Customer Experience
Providing outstanding customer service is a top priority. The Supervisor engages with customers to assist with their needs, answer questions, and help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Store Operations and Oversight
This role includes overseeing daily shop operations, setting routines for opening and closing, and ensuring all store procedures are followed. The Supervisor also manages stock levels, handles cash accurately, and works to optimize the store layout for efficiency and profitability.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitoring team and individual performance is crucial. The Supervisor provides constructive feedback, supports improvement plans, and submits regular reports on sales, inventory, and team progress to upper management.
