About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in providing quality care to residents/clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and frontline staff teams to deliver effective management of feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate an understanding of our organization's mission, vision, and values.
* Provide high-level clinical knowledge and competence in speech therapy assessment, intervention, and evidence-based practice for client groups.
Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise includes relevant experience in managing feeding disorders as well as acquired brain injuries/neurological conditions within long-term residential settings. ----------------------------------- One aspect that sets this role apart is working closely with multi-disciplinary professionals such as Psychiatry Clinical Neuro-Psychologist Behavioural Specialists Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Dietetics Social Work.
