We are seeking a Desktop Technical Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our global operations.

* You'll be the go-to person for IT support, helping colleagues locally and remotely.
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting
* Resolve issues with M365 apps, Windows/macOS workstations, and connectivity
* Provide first- and second-line support via phone, chat, or onsite
* Assist with VPN and remote desktop setups
* Asset & Access Management
* Manage hardware/software inventory and user permissions
* Support onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and workstation delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement endpoint protection solutions to ensure up-to-date antivirus software
Collaborate with the team to deliver effective technical support and troubleshooting services
Document system configurations and knowledge base articles to facilitate future reference
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT processes and procedures
