As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

About The Role
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. Collaborating within The IFM team, the person is to embody and deliver a 5-star experience with energy, passion and presence to all users in our client’s premises. Reporting into the Contract Manager, this vital, fluid position sets the tone of the flow of the user experience by completing proactive walks and fault-finding management and reporting.

* Develop and maintain fantastic communication with key colleagues
* Fostering and living a team spirit culture attending daily Team meetings to ensure all departments are communicating key events and working in collaboration
* Manage consumables and asset management
* Support the Facilities Manager in the management of all sub-contracted services and ensure all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard and within the client’s guidelines. Including the competent completion of inductions, ATWs, DRAs when required
* Report health and safety hazards and raise tickets
* Support the Facilities Manager in monitoring services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved as well ensuring the site remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation at all times.
* Ensure all building communication is up to date and in line with company expectations and have relevant, in date information displayed at all times. Including, but not limited to, building notice boards, Clip frames, floor maps and NEO
* Become a Moves and Changes liaison, provide portering and planning support when required
* To be familiarised with the help desk and contract manager roles to provide cover as and when required
* Ad hoc admin duties
* To drive positive feedback and log same
* Gather data for the client and CBRE report
* To attend meetings where needed
What You’ll Need
* 2+ years of job-related experience.
* Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
* Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
