Salary: €15.00-€15.50 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with a fair and flexible roster including weekends and consideration for time-off requests

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operations of the deli, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste efficiently
* Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
* Lead, train, and support deli staff
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
* Contribute to staff recruitment and onboarding as needed
The Ideal Candidate
* Hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in a deli, food service, or retail setting
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
