Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Experience (UX) Designer located in Dublin, with flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. The UX Designer will be responsible for developing innovative user-centered designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies. Day-to-day activities include creating prototypes, refining visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including developing user-friendly and intuitive interfaces
* Experience with Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and design effective solutions
* Strong skills in Visual Design and the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional layouts
* Practical knowledge of Prototyping to visualize and test design concepts
* Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and communicate design ideas effectively
* Experience with design tools and platforms such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and accessibility standards is a plus
