This role is for an experienced IT Lab Support Analyst with a minimum of 5 years + experience in a similar role.
It will be 5 days onsite in our customers location in Raheen Business Park in Limerick.
We will offer a 12 month contract initially which can be extended annually.
Role Overview - Supporting operations/end user activities for Lab systems such as: Perform routine audit trail review, Access roster review.
Support end user activities Manage Service Now request Performing /monitoring analytical PC backups Support vendor activities Author IT related procedures and Work Instructions.
Support investigations/CAPAs and Change Controls.
& Providing boots on the floor tier 1 Vendor Support Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows operating systems Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients) Basic understanding of networking principles Knowledge of Active Directory Experience with IT ticketing systems Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Skills: It Support MS Office Service now Audit Trails Customer Service Rosters CAPAs Benefits: Paid Holidays Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund Training Career progression
