* Evaluate, select, and implement new equipment, technologies, and processes through rigorous research, analysis, and application of engineering best practices.
* Manage backend operations to meet production targets and maintain supply chain performance.
* Enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance through automation and digitalisation projects.
