A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead and manage site operations across multiple projects in Dublin. What's Involved
* Lead and manage on-site engineering operations across construction projects in Dublin
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to maintain project momentum
* Review and manage engineering drawings, specifications, and site documentation
* Monitor and report on progress, risks, and quality, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
* Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality across all site activities
* Resolve technical and operational issues on-site to keep projects on track
* Support effective communication between site teams, office teams, and stakeholders
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer, ideally on large-scale residential or commercial projects
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, design, and site engineering
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficient in managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously
* Solid understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and industry best practice
* Experience with project management software and IT systems advantageous
