* Lead the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring creative and functional solutions.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress.
* Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents in compliance with building regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to coordinate and integrate all aspects of the project.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any onsite issues.
* Integrate sustainable design practices and materials into projects, promoting environmentally responsible architecture.
* Ensure all projects comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Professional accreditation as a registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI).
* Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit proficiency is highly preferable but not essential.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, planning laws, and construction standards.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
