Health & Safety Administrator / Coordinator
We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator / Coordinator to join a leading main contractor in Maynooth. This is an office-based role, providing vital support to the Health & Safety team and ensuring effective safety planning across a range of high-profile construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of pre-planning for safety, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation ahead of project delivery.
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the H&S function across multiple projects.
* Utilise strong software and IT skills to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage safety documentation.
* Support the wider H&S team in delivering best practice and ensuring consistent standards.
About You
* Previous experience in a Health & Safety administration or coordination role, ideally with a main contractor.
* Strong IT and software skills, with the ability to manage safety documentation and reporting efficiently.
* Detail-oriented, well-organised, and confident in supporting a busy safety function.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and processes within the construction industry.
