Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role for an Investment Banking Analyst, responsible for supporting the execution of financial transactions, market research, and financial analysis. In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining financial models, preparing pitch materials, analyzing company performance, and supporting due diligence processes. You will help evaluate potential investment opportunities and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations.Key responsibilities include preparing presentation materials, conducting market and industry research, analyzing financial statements, and assisting in valuation analyses such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction models.
