We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our Asset and Debt Recovery Team based in Dublin. The ideal candidate should have one to three years of experience working in a law firm, specifically in the area of General Debt Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Our debt recovery specialist will be responsible for managing a high-volume workload, taking instructions from clients, drafting proceedings and serving them accordingly. They will also be required to instruct summons servers and tracing agents, draft motions and brief counsel for court appearances.
Our specialist will deal with incoming correspondence from agents, solicitors and defendants, as well as liaising with clients over court outcomes. They will also ensure safe handling of confidential data.
