Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Meyrin for a Retired professional interested in contributing to the mission of The Global BERG Collective. Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting ERG events and initiatives, facilitating communication among members, and contributing expertise to develop impactful programs. This role also involves fostering collaboration and strengthening connections within the BERG network to advance shared goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in community engagement, collaboration, and volunteer services
* Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
* Project coordination abilities, including planning and executing events or initiatives
* Strategic thinking with a focus on leadership development and mentoring
* Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
* Prior experience in employee resource groups or professional mentoring is a plus
