Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Content Managemen t: Upload new products, write compelling descriptions, manage imagery, and ensure all website content (categories, banners, etc.) is accurate and on-brand across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).Order & Customer Servic e: Process online orders, coordinate fulfillment with logistics, and provide professional customer support via email/chat.Reporting & Suppor t: Assist in pulling and analyzing basic reports on sales and website traffic, and support digital marketing campaigns and basic platform troubleshooting.Qualifications & SkillsLevel 6 qualification (Diploma or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related administrative/retail role is preferred.
