Job Title: Deputy Social Care Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Social Care Manager, where you will play a key role in leading a service that makes a real difference. As Deputy, you will support the Person in Charge (PIC) and guide your team to uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience of managing daily operations of a designated centre, supervising staff, promoting reflective practice and accountability. They must also ensure compliance with HIQA Standards, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.
