Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to lead our team in South Dublin. As a key member of our pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services while adhering to all legislative, contractual, professional, and ethical obligations.

About the Role:

- Lead the dispensing process, ensuring accurate completion and management of tasks.

- Supervise and direct the activities of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Manage pharmacy stock levels effectively, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.

- Conduct data checking according to store operations, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide expert advice to patients on the safe and appropriate use of all medicines and complementary medicines.

- Offer guidance and expert advice to pharmacy staff on the safe and appropriate use of medicines and complementary medicines, particularly over-the-counter and pharmacy-only medicines.

- Assess patients' symptoms, providing advice about treatment options and creating personalized care plans.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, customers, and suppliers, ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including patients, pharmacy staff, and other health professionals, using clear and concise language.

- Ensure all pharmacy claims are accurate and transmitted within the required timeframe, maintaining compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

- Be a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (with no conditions attached to registration).

- Possess a minimum of three years post-registration experience, preferably in an Irish retail pharmacy.

- Previous experience as a Supervising Pharmacist is preferred but not essential.

- Demonstrate extensive experience in operating a community pharmacy, showcasing expertise in various areas.

- Showcase ability to perform effectively as a pharmacist, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

- Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

- Demonstrate commitment to providing quality services, upholding high standards in patient care and satisfaction.

- Show ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining productivity and accuracy.

- Embody honesty, integrity, and confidentiality, upholding the highest ethical standards in practice.
