We are currently recruiting for Recruiters for our tech client based in Dublin 18. It's a hybrid role for 12 months initially (with view to extension) offering a competitive package.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Early in Profession team searches for top talent from universities to build, market, sell, and support products for our client of the future. This role focuses on delivering an amazing candidate experience for our EMEA Global Programs team and has responsibility for hiring the best talent in the Apprentice, Intern, Graduate, and Research space; as well as delivering an amazing intern and apprentice program experience.
We are looking for a recruiting specialist to deliver a world-class hiring experience. This role focuses on sourcing and owning the recruiting process for our Global Programs team, including apprentice, intern, graduate, Research, and more. This recruiter will hire early in profession talent, execute hiring events, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Candidate engagement - review candidate applications, select top profiles to move forward to first stage interviews.
* Candidate assessment - conduct first round virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Organising and hosting assessment centres - deliver an outstanding candidate experience and close on the highest quality candidates to ensure we hire the best in the market, while delivering feedback to those who do not receive offers from us.
* Negotiate, build, and extend offers - craft competitive offers, manage negotiations with candidates, and ensure timely and accurate offer extensions as part of the recruiting cycle.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and candidate quality.
* Understand local legal requirements related to contracts, visa/work permits, and discrimination laws.
* Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity. Use data from assessments and offers to identify trends and share insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Ideally BS/BA degree or equivalent, and fluent English is required.
* Related recruiting experience (university recruiting experience preferred): passion for placing candidates; significant experience interviewing and closing candidates.
* Program Management experience: deliver and execute internship or similar Early in Career programs.
* Problem solving, cross-group collaboration and cross-country collaboration (both virtually and in person), and oral/written communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to deliver results with little supervision in an often-ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously.
* Ability to meet standard measurements of success for recruiting, such as attainment against annual hiring plans, goals, and cost/time-to-hire standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience using ATS tools.
