The role offers full involvement across live projects and pre-construction, with strong opportunities to develop within a busy contractor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tenders, estimates and procurement schedulesManage subcontract enquiries, comparisons and ordersPrepare monthly valuations, variations and cost reportsAdminister subcontract accounts and payment processesSupport PMs with buying, budgets and contract queriesMeasure works, maintain site records and track costsCoordinate RFIs, drawings and technical informationAttend project meetings and assist with commercial reportingWhat you'll need to succeedDegree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)Contractor experience desirable (approx. 2+ years)Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction processesStrong Excel skills; Cubit / estimating software experience an advantagePractical mindset, comfortable on live sitesAbility to manage workload and communicate clearly with site teamsFull, clean driving licenceWhat you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career in a commercial role with a dynamic and growing construction company.We are seeking an ambitious individual who wants to grow with us long-term and progress into senior-level positions.What's on offerCompetitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experienceFully expensed commercial vehicleAttractive pension schemeAdditional annual leave days, plus all public holidaysFlexible working arrangements where appropriateCompany events and activitiesClear progression opportunitiesPerformance will be reviewed and rewarded accordingly.Standard working hours being 40-45 hours a week, Monday to Friday.We view this as a long-term career move for the right candidate, offering significant opportunities for progression and educational support.
